‘I wanted to say a big thank you for our cake – it was absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t have asked for anything more – it looked very stylish and was exactly what I had hoped for. I didn’t get to eat quite as much as I would have liked but did taste a bit of all the different layers and they lived up to the look of the cake – Colin and I were in dispute about which was better though – the chocolate or the lemon! I still say the lemon
